CEO商务酒店位于豪布斯卡酒店后面，周边五凌电力有直达司门口的145路公车，对面还有直达火车站的805路公车，距离湖南人才市场也近

此酒店是公寓型酒店，建筑物的高层还有其他公司。房间内部布局还不错，但室外有一个不明位置的噪音一天24小时响个不停，但关上窗户还是可以入睡的。
