退房的时候把没消费的物品强加消费者身上，经过调查确定没消费后前台服务员态度非常恶劣的说，不承认用了就随便你们，我们在那续住了十来天，没想到退房时多加我们消费品而且也就十块钱的东西服务员还这样讲话，这个酒店以后再也不去住了
