服务态度超好，而且酒店环境一流。比较高档的那种，能加床，床特别软。早餐特别丰富，楼下就是小型商场，人少不吵，交通便利

房間比很多同價的酒店很大，內有梳化，牀頭櫃挺大，洗手間光線充足，前台温文有禮，但早餐款式選擇不多，酒店附近食店很多，晚上10点多还開，整體來説很滿意。

酒店很新，到梅溪湖艺术中心、地铁站都有公交直达，很方便。应该是鸿坤项目中的公寓整租来做的酒店，凯悦旗下偏轻奢商旅的产品线。房间很大，有整面落地窗俯瞰环境，出了大床之外还有一个转角沙发也可以睡人。房间内设施挺齐全，有冰箱、蒸汽熨斗和熨衣板、衣架、电吹风等。卫生间配齐了洗浴用品，有晾衣绳，但是没有排风扇，不知道是不是没有装。有地上和地下停车场，一楼只是入口，前台在5楼，以及公用电脑、用餐区。同时五楼有一个小售货台可以买一些日用品还有共享充电宝。楼下就有一家茶颜悦色，超级棒，住了一间夜喝了三杯，开心。
总体说来，比较推荐，物有所值。会推荐朋友，有机会也会再去住。
