酒店很特别，设计风格满满，古色古香的很有韵味。前台彭婷小姐姐服务很棒，彭经理接待也很好，前台还有一个服务框，配备了口罩这些消毒产品，防疫工作做的很棒，很贴心呀，很加好感度。房间简单大气，干净整洁，配的拖鞋穿着我很舒服，洗护用品都很高档，比一些星级酒店的还要好，早餐种类也挺多的，荤素搭配吃的很好，很满意的一次入住体验，强烈推荐呀～

酒店去汽车西站和地铁口步行6分钟，交通特别方便。大堂大气，环境干净，进入房间第一眼是干净舒适，价格是性价比超高，推荐!
前台李女士，可爱善良服务态度特别好，给我赠送了欢迎水果，退房送了伴手礼，服务真的超级贴心呀!建国铂萃酒店给我留下了很好的印象，下次还来！
