早餐丰富，阿姨服务态度很好。
到达的第二天长沙下雨，没带伞，前台服务员非常好的借了伞给我。
这已经市第三次入住酒店了，整体感觉就是干净，环境好，人员好。

酒店位于长沙市中心区域，是2018年新近开业的，设施完备且新，房间面积较大，风格现代，床垫比较舒服，枕头是鹅绒的但本人觉得太瘪不舒服，每个房间都有一个乳胶体验枕，早餐也不错。提出表扬的是酒店服务，充满真诚与热情，前台帅哥让人感觉像到家了一样，每个工作人员见面就问好，培训到位。

晚上原本給零分的，因為空調很有問題，剛到時空調顯示是24度，等了兩個小時再看竟然是26度，都調10度最大風了，打去前台竟說中央空調，調低了怕其他客人冷！？叫我打開窗WTF, 越訓越熱，都出汗了，打開門窗外面是馬路很吵...再去沖個冷水涼...好不容易才睡到了...
早上到1樓吃早餐竟然很好吃，餐廳服務員阿姨很好服務很好態度親切，服務員大哥也很好招呼態度誠懇，咖啡也不錯。因為他們我所要給酒店5分了，全靠他們酒店從零分返回5分。

性价比极高，干净，态度好，服务热情，我的包包存了一天，都没收取任何费用，态度还特别好，晚上火车晚，在大厅又是充电又是等，前台特别懂得的当一切都没发生！默默在自己岗位尽职尽责！我们一家子非常感谢！这种默默的不声张的好，让我们感受到了尊重和爱还有一种高雅的氛围！下次还选这里！交通方便，地铁近！
