酒店很新，硬件设施都不错，洗澡水和空调都很给力，早餐供应基本能满足需求，只是入住一晚发生了两件事情，感觉软性服务还有待提升：一是当晚房间居然给错了，导致我们和另外入住的客人拿到了同一间房的房卡，好不尴尬，幸好值班经理及时赶到处理，给我们升级了一间房间，处理结果满意；二是洗手间居然没有提供足够的卫生卷纸（通常应该有一卷备用的卫生卷纸放在洗手间），原有的卷纸剩余也不多，上洗手间时才发现没有卫生纸用了，又是很尴尬。希望这些细节以后能够提升。
