房间称不上豪华，地毯不是很干净，房间一定要选住五层的，因为三层是卡拉OK，住在四层会很吵！其它设施都还好。

服务态度太差，房间没有wifi，打电话给前台，前台说他不是搞WiFi，我说你能不能保修吗？她不能态度极其的差，还直接挂了电话，打电话给经理投诉，经理说会处理，连问是谁都不是，这像是会处理的样子吗。作为湖大附近比较大的酒店，我们学校请来很多专家教授都会安排在这住，如果他们遇到这样的服务和态度，他们会怎么样看我们学校，怎么样看我们的长沙。不知道有没有部门会对这样的服务态度做出规范，这是一个城市形象的很小的一部分，好的一个态度可以让他人觉得这座城市温暖，对这种长沙有好感。这次无愧于长沙幸福城市的称号，只愿长沙通过点滴变得更好。

非常差的入住体验，楼下ktv吵的晚上睡不着，实在没办法半夜起来退房，打电话给前台，前台一直说没办法，只能说这酒店开不下去了
