总体来说还可以吧，最开始预定的豪华大床间有窗户的，到店后说信息更新错误没有豪华大床间，显示预定的是太空大床间无窗户的，我找前台更换到标准单间，有窗户的但是要加收每天30元，后来我联系艺龙客服客服说让我先行垫付，回头入住之后会对我进行赔付，我离开酒店三天后利用客服就赔付了我90元，我觉得还是很不错的，信任艺龙的服务
