酒店是设在一商住楼的裙楼，电梯在其中一侧的尽头，如果住大号数的房间，就要从电梯出来后穿过长长、弯曲的走廊走到楼的另一头。酒店地毯铰脏，特别是公共区域的地面。洗手间淋浴处地面没有和洗手间其他地面分隔，连为一体，一洗澡整个洗手间地面都湿了。办公桌旁没有电源插座，问前台借个电源插板也没有。一楼全是门面房，酒店占了一间作大堂，出门旁边的门面房有很多食店，吃饭很方便。酒店座落于西北内陆小镇公路旁，周边免不了灰尘滚滚。对于清水河镇来讲，现时这酒店应算数一数二的了。

房间太小，但装修精致，跟大城市的酒店风格类似，包括价格。会让客人觉得住伊宁市的感觉，而不是清水河镇！
