我是凌晨四点到的酒店，在没有接到通知的情况下，说我的房间已退，我只有出钱再开两件房，停车要停车费，早上4点到六点没有空调，旁边在修地铁，太吵，门坏了，叫了一晚上，早上我联系客服，客服说没有退，客服马上和酒店协商，酒店把钱退给我了，总体来说酒店一般，
