预订了个高级大床房，前台小姐姐给免升了豪华大床房，还赠送了早餐，服务也很棒，给人的感觉很舒适，酒店环境也不错，门口有专门的疫情岗，让人放心居住，值得下次入住！！！强烈推荐！！！

正逢疫情，酒店的防疫措施做的很棒，很让人安心，前台服务也不错，房间总体很干净，酒店还有自助洗衣房和健身房提供，不错不错，虽然是疫情严峻的期间，但是维也纳给人如家一般的温暖。很不错，值得信赖！

酒店的位置好,房间干净卫生,最重要的是酒店的工作人员服务真到位,特别要表扬前台妹妹的服务,没得好,极好! 五星好评! 以后去长沙,我和我的亲朋好友首选这家维也纳酒店! 只有住的舒心,才有更好的心情工作!

环境不错，挺干净的。交通也很方便，离高速路口很近，停车场很大。前台接待工号10号的小伙子非常热情服务很好，下次路过还会住。

卫生服务特别让人安心，消毒很彻底，只保留了一个进出口并且安排专人值守24小时查阅体温，很放心。酒店带停车场，停车很方便。早餐因为疫情改为了外带式的，也很贴心。床品真的很赞，我是很爱了~
