员工服务意识强，细节做到位：一个是免费给房间升级，二个是主动告诉我们邻近的地铁站自助售票只接受5元纸币并且很乐意帮我们换零钱，三个是房间马桶塞住了第一时间派人来修理恢复正常，原本要被投诉的转为被点赞。不错不错！

前台接待员态度很好，还给免费升级到豪华标准间。房间很干净，床很舒服。一楼的平价商店东西很多，价格也合适。下次有机会还会住。
