这次去长沙赏雪，因大雪滞留临时选了这间酒店，主要考虑是它靠近地铁芙蓉广场站出口。与维也纳其它连锁店一样，这家店各方面都中中筹等还算可以，性价比也可以接受。但其服务似乎大有提升空间。为赶早班高铁，早上五时半就退房离开了，而前台居然在下午快二时了打电话来问是退房还是续住。用信用卡刷了预援权，直到晚上十时半打电话去追问，才给办了完成。这种情况还是第一次碰到的。所以在酒店虽然只是睡了几个小时，体验却是有些遗憾呀。
