优点：离中南大学第二附属小学很近，现改名维也纳，附近吃的玩的方便，早餐能吃饱，小孩不收费。缺点：设施有点老旧，旁边工地施工很吵，第一天入住房卡不能取电，厕所门坏的，空调感觉开不了，停车场有时车多停不了。
