酒店设施五星，房间大，早餐品种多，价格稍贵。二楼任点很好，可惜只去吃了一次，第二天下午再去的，他们说有人包席，不接待任点，可以点套餐，套餐是四个菜，可是一个小时了，只上了3个菜，由于赶火车，不能再等下去了，去买单，餐厅说钱必须按套餐价照收，菜是上不了了，下次再补上，呵，我是旅客呀，我都不知我何时再去长沙入住温德姆了，协调结果是餐厅装了几片西瓜与菠萝给我了。长沙温德姆的服务整体比重庆温德姆有差距，包括门口的接待也是，虽然温德姆的整体设施类似。
