前台服务不太好，旁边没吃饭的地方，美团都很小，房价也贵，wifi速度有等于没有，真不明白还有这么多人住，刚从苏州，无锡过来，真是和人家差很远！

网上预订提前支付了房费、前台退房时答复我又得从押金里面扣房费、在前台说了半天、又是电脑慢又是打电话请示、硬是耽误了好长时间、最后我明明是在艺龙下的单、最后退押金的时候显示是从别人会员卡里支付的房费房价还有差异、这是员工在用会员卡套现还是怎么的？最重要耽误我时间给我体验极差
