为了有个高端大气的旅游早早订了这个酒店，但是就在要飞到长沙前给酒店打个电话确认一下居然告知没有房间了，还说谎说没有接到订单，通过同程的客服努力查找最后没有露宿街头。酒店要想节假日涨价可以理解，当下信息联络手段如此强大，可以通知房客价格的变动不要这样欺骗消费者，这样的经营模式是不是不太好，很是希望酒店能给个态度，不要把责任都推给同程，太不负责了，消费者也不都是傻子，明明收到酒店的确认信息，最后被莫名的取消，这样的经营管理怎么能够长久？希望游客们可以看到我的评价，吸取经验长假出行早早与酒店电话确认，不然被骗没商量！很是期待酒店的回复，不要置之不理！期待中，......

房间什么一次性物品都没有，所有的都是要钱的，一次性拖鞋都没有，还没有洗发水沐浴露，房间卫生也一般，就是价格还行。
