一家三口旅行，第一次来长沙，感觉酒店整体水平还是可以的，特别是地理位置好，但是有些细节做的不够好。
停车场管理员挺友好的，每天回来都有停车位。但是前台服务不行，有一天我问有没有市地图（一般住过的的四五星级酒店前台都有免费地图提供），前台有个姑娘一脸不情愿的给了我一套，如果不想给就说没有也ok啊，为什么摆脸色呢？同一个姑娘，有天房卡莫名失效，在前台男士帮我们处理的时候，她在旁边斜着眼，一脸“我们的房卡根本不会出问题”的态度，还有入住的时候就说明了连续定了三天，到了第三天又专门让我们下去打卡，说房卡不管用了。
早餐挺准时的，连续吃了三天，觉得服务也不错。需要改进的是热蔬菜类和饮品类，可选的品种太少了。
客房服务贴心，每天还泡一杯茶，写个小纸条，但是服务员补充用品不细心，比如马桶背后的一次性卫生袋和桌上的一次性棉签，第一天用完之后，就再没有补充过了，可能是给忘记了。
酒店设施还是可以的，就是门卡三天失效两回…另外插电的位置，有的管用有的不管用，管用的也很松，被用了很久的样子。
总之入住体验还是不错的，就是服务人员再用心一些就好了。

服务太差，我们自己带的水都没喝完，结账时酒店说少了两瓶N水，查来查去也没有我们喝N水的证据，急着赶时间，没和他们太理论，两瓶水结了50元，大家引以为戒吧～
