在财信酒店住了十多年了，地理位置好，出行方便，酒店设施齐全，卫生干净，住的很舒心，一直习惯了住在这里。前台小周、常大副都很热情，每次看到我们都像朋友一样，21楼打扫房间的服务员很贴心，看见我衣服很多立马拿来了衣架，谢谢你们！

第一次来长沙，为了参加马拉松，综合考虑后选择入住这家酒店，总体感觉很好。一是位置好，酒店坐落于市中心，湘江东岸，距离长沙市各大景点很近，到贺龙体育馆只有几百米，视野开阔。二是服务好，前台服务员特别是小王同志非常热情，不需要预留押金，因为要跑马拉松，延迟了退房时间，专门为参赛人员准备了早餐，凌晨四点钟就可以领取，还免费做了房间升级，感觉很温馨。三是设施好，基础设施很健全，房间布置很周到，有赠送的水果小吃，还有直饮水，干净整洁，居住舒适。
以后来长沙还会选择财信，强烈推荐大家关注！

酒店服务热情，位置不错，楼下就有公交车站，但离侯家塘/南门口地铁站步行十分钟；附近有家乐福，叮叮Mall购物广场，酒店旁边就是贺龙体育场和摩天轮、天心阁。感谢李杨柳，专业，认真！

整体中规中矩，服务还算不错，酒店最大的优点就是没有明显的短板。酒店周边很安静，靠近天心阁。但是交通略有不便，不打车的话不论是地铁还是公交都有些距离。
