非常满意的一次经历 前台 客房经理服务非常到位 热情 还给免费升级到套房 地理位置得天独厚 上下高速不远 靠湖 停车方便 不收费 特别感谢客房经理 帮我收好遗留在前台的水杯 还帮我们搬运行李 可惜我忘记给消费了 对不起 下次一定会记得

帮朋友订的，朋友反馈入住感觉挺好的。。离高速路口很近，停车方便。。酒店环境优美，安静舒适，大堂有个很漂亮的欧式壁画走廊，适合拍照。。服务特别热情，免费升级了房间，可以看到外面的湖，卫生也挺干净的。。还会过来再入住这里。。

第二次入住了，酒店位置不错，很方便，周围有两个很大的商业广场，晚上和朋友可以去逛逛街。工作人员都很热情，服务贴心周到，入住时帮我免费升级了一级房型，房间里还赠送了饮料和小零食，手绘的欢迎信诚意满满，很温馨的感觉。大堂副理还给我们赠送了一次飞镖射气球的游戏，拿到了一个可爱的小兔子，很开心。下次依然会选择这里的
