服务态度好，但对房间状态有保留，进房灯就坏了，不过服务员很快过来处理了，但到半夜天花的装修掉了一大块下来，幸好只有小部份掉在床边，整晚那张床就没再敢睡人了，希望店家对内部装修也注意一下，其他的还是不错的，交通也方便值得推荐，下次来还会选择这里。

酒店位置极其不便利，坐几次的士，司机都找不到酒店的位置。
除此之外，酒店前台服务人员态度冷漠，只顾着聊天，玩手机，对于顾客的需求极为烦操。在现在服务为王的时代，这样的服务态度，将会使得入住酒店的旅客，再也不会选择次酒店入住。谢谢

很差。屋内很重霉味。卫生也不行。楼下餐厅不能挂房帐。还不如连锁酒店。交通也不是太方便。

酒店位置在贺龙体育场里，不是很太好找。下次不会住这家酒店。

房间够大，都带麻将台的；没有窗户，落地窗是正对体育场的，有比赛时观看到是不错的

本人入住：标准单人间，开门后迎面而来的是一股强烈的臭袜子味道，地毯污渍一大片！想打电话投诉结果电话无音！只好用手机投诉，换了一间后味道依旧。服务员解释说是房间固有的味道。无奈天色已晚只好将就住下！
几点提醒：1.去长沙酒店要自带洗漱用品，房间不配；2.长沙酒店星级标准偏低！该酒店除了大堂够四星标准，房间也就2星。
