没有空调，牙刷要钱，发票还不给开到房费里面。开个发票还要去什么财务才能开，站在大厅等那么久，冻死个人，前台员工还自己用的烤火炉，也知道是有多冷啦

很多洗漱都是自费，网上没有说清楚，酒店提醒也不够醒目。一个修剪套装小孩没动，破了个口也收了15元。如果不是后来要求服务员拿下来，估计收了我的钱，套装照样继续在酒店使用，或者收拣的人拿回家了。

服务人员彬彬有礼，微笑有佳。酒店一次性消耗品均收费，房间里有很浓浓的味道，需要开窗换气。布草有洗涤味道。早餐选择性不多并数量小，食物冰冷干硬。
