长沙的老牌酒店，虽说硬件是四星级酒店，但酒店人员服务质量及细节贴心简直超五星级不为过，这里不一一说了，图片表达我们的心情，既感动又温馨，早餐也很丰富、可口，老牌的酒店，经营理念却是超前的，捧、捧、捧下次来长沙，只会住富丽华酒店

今天刚入住就迫不及待的评价了，之前也是看了评价定的这个酒店，确实深有感觉，酒店人员从进大厅的到房间服务人员都非常好，特别是房间卫生干净，细节布置温馨，晚上还备有银耳雪梨汤喝，总之感觉入住很好。

马桶里飘着花瓣，床上有可爱洋娃娃，一进门服务业就端着紫砂壶，呈上新沏的红茶，有服务员陪着进电梯到房间细致介绍酒店设施，非常满意，性价比很高的一家酒店。

服务人员比较耐心，遇到的问题都会帮忙即使解决，在网上订特价房订多了一间房，网上的信息注明是不能退的，都想算了，但是酒店方及时帮跟进并且和艺龙房协商同意退款了！给个赞！
