选择这家酒店就是冲着优质的服务来的，入住后发现没有最好，只有更好，这是我住过服务态度和细节做到位的酒店。每天除了常规整理客房外，每天晚上还会再整理一次开夜床，泡上去火的黄豆水。这次出行带了二宝，每天都有小玩具赠送，安排儿童枕，想到贴心。客房设施就是常规星级酒店，但是服务绝对物超所值，下次来，一定还住富丽华！

果如之前看到的点评，非常周到的服务让人感觉很温暖，爸爸说住过很多酒店，这么好的服务不多，要我一定要表扬。房间不是很大，洗澡水很大很舒服，免费洗了两件衣服，因父母年纪大没有去享受免费的桑拿，房间的送菜好吃价格也不贵，很多花心思的福利点个赞。总之非常满意。唯一一件膈应事儿就是电梯里碰到有人在抽烟，如果再加强些这方面的管理就更完美了。
