从进大堂开始环境就让我感到很舒服，没想到前台的服务更加让我感到舒心，Claire小姐姐的声音好温柔，因为我身体原因，还很贴心的给我安排安静的房间，下次我和我朋友都会来入住福朋！

住的地方很干净，前台小黄很热情，礼宾员kino还帮我们送行李，早餐很丰富，很新鲜，非常棒👍总机Caroline对于我们提的要求都能一一满足，去过几次了，很亲切😃

酒店离商场特别的近，逛街聚餐都非常方便，服务人员都特别热情，上一次入住也是前台Claire小姐姐办理的，非常的热情，Sophia还贴心询问我入住体验👍，我下次还会继续选择福朋，服务是真的好。

这次来网红城市长沙入住这家酒店非常不错👍，工作人员很认真负责。前台小姐姐尹馨礼貌热情的接待，还要谢谢礼宾Leo看到我退房有大件行李主动上前帮我把行李拿到大堂门口放上后备箱。下次有机会再来长沙一定会再住这家酒店。
