房间很大，环境比较安静，中央空调有些许噪音。最主要的是服务不到位，交了押金服务员不开押金条，退房时也不主动退还押金，要主动联系提醒。我两次退房都是客人已经退房好久了我再重新去酒店索要押金。服务员每天根据房卡发早餐券也可以手忙脚乱的搞错房卡导致开不了门。建议加强管理。

这应该是我住过最差的酒店，极差！房间没有任何饮料小吃，就连最基本的水都没有一瓶，卫生极差，要求换房间没人跟进，网上订的只能将就了一个晚上，房间设施旧卫生差根本睡不着，早餐也相当差而且服务太度极差！并非恶意，真的是这个酒店卫生环境服务实在太差！
