谁住谁知道，去前十一号订的十二号的288的，去了以后说特价198的就是288的，明明是288的却加价到348，不仅如此，我们入住一天后觉得设施不佳想退房，却告诉我们如果要发票就要到第二天，无奈再住一天，到第三天说他们没有发票。1.去前再三询问的发票事宜前台都承诺可以开，可是从入住当天到离店当天均无法提供发票，可见不是一家正规酒店，2.从酒店打车到南站52元，到坡子街25元，均在半小时以上，连淘宝外卖的都说怎么订这里的酒店，找都找不到，而我定之前都承诺说是十五分钟路程，淋浴间没有干湿分离，沐浴间有头发，入住两晚不清理被套，不清理房间。希望艺龙协助处理擅自加价，忽悠消费者的问题。比七天铂涛差了不知几个档次了。

大厅看起来还不错，走廊很压抑像恐怖片，房间卫生不到位而且跟图片的差异很大， 所以不要被图片蒙蔽了双眼。 总之感觉住的很不舒服卫生不好环境很压抑，被子也很不舒服。第一个房间没有打扫干净还有烟头和槟榔，又换了一个发现被子很不干净。希望以后能注意！
