带老人出行，感觉不太好，总体差评：1-服务上，本来提前预订过，还和前台提前说了有80多岁老人，要求留一个安静一点的双床房，这个倒是做到了，比较感谢，但是开车从西门下来后，服务生似乎没太培训好，我拿着行李，带着拄拐棍的老人来回大堂开房入住，大堂还没在一层，来回几次中间无人帮助，这一点配不上五星称号。我是在疑惑，作为一个五星级品牌酒店，难道没有专门接待坐轮椅特殊客人的服务流程吗？2-环境上，大堂不在一层，到了一层非常嘈杂，感觉进了集市，啥人都有。酒店周围几十米范围内更是脏乱差。3-卫生上，进屋子一股霉味，后来我家亲戚过来看望老人，也表示有味，证实了这点。后来我洗了衣服挂的时候，看到有衣架生了黄霉，而且是一片，不是一点，拍了照片附后，起码的卫生条件都没有。3-房间设施，中规中矩，有些老化，给的一次性梳子和牙刷很劣质，牙刷能刷出须来。总体感觉不值得，此次带老人出行住宿体验极差，让人感觉住了个假五星！差其他地方的皇冠太远，拖了皇冠品牌的后腿，尤其是比神龙，华天价格要贵一截，没有一点可以贵的道理，大家预订酒店前三思！
