酒店给人感觉很好，进门有行李员拿行李，还端上了水，忘记看名字了，办入住的小王很细心，安排了无烟房，得知一会要出门还提醒房间衣柜有雨伞，还提前帮忙叫了的士！

神农是长沙老牌的五星酒店，尽管设施有些老旧，但用材考究，服务一流。特别是入住当天长沙气温骤降，浑身寒战，回到房间一眼看到桌上放着两碗红豆甜粥！还有客房管家刘会群的亲笔留言，顿时暖意浓浓，等到想饮用时觉得温了，刘会群又送来两碗热粥，又把原来的重新加热送过来，让我们深为感动！刘会群全5星！
