住过最差的酒店，房卡换了四次才能开门，居然跟我开了一间已经住了人的房，开门有人太尴尬了，退房时又多算了消费，明明没用他东西硬说我用了，我说要去房间和他对质 ，服务员又不敢了，欺负老实人？
