酒店设施真不咋样，设施陈旧，走廊上都没有房间号码的指示牌，让人来回拖着行李走半天，房间的墙面都掉皮都不维护，房间里提供有偿洗漱用品10元一套，建议大家自备，酒店洗手间冲凉区的地漏下水很慢，还有头发洗个澡整个洗手间里都是水，卫生做的不到位，台灯罩上都是灰，房间隔音不好，酒店前台接待人员的服务有待提高，头天入住时的接待态度很冷漠，今天早上用早餐时听到另一个接待回答客人关于儿童用餐收费问题时态度，实在是让人汗颜，(前台接待说：0.7米以上到1.2米以下早餐就是半价，房间免费)声音有点大，所以听得很清楚，酒店位置不错，旁边就是大梅沙海景酒店，后面都是吃饭的地方，还有卖泳衣，泳圈，沙子玩具车酒店早餐一般，虽然酒店过马路就是大梅沙，但是距离大梅沙入口步行8-10分钟左右，同程上定的酒店，每次酒店安排的房间都是离电梯楼很远的，对于带孩子出门的人来说很不方便
