设施较新，无异味，这是优点。
但总体风格偏快捷。服务热情，但不够专业，特别提醒，希尔顿欢朋和希尔顿是两回事，是合作关系，希尔顿会员在这没用。

在长沙出差时住的酒店，新开的，大概也就一个多月，房间还算比较大，但是装修水平也就属于中等，酒店的早餐很一般，早餐种类不是很多，因为是新开的缘故，酒店的服务水平还有些参差，因为和两位外国同事一起是出差入住，在结账时因语言及理解上的一些原因造成了一些意外，但酒店的经理在周末及时跟进，经过大量努力，后妥善解决，确实是被他们诚心诚意的服务感动到了，希望下次有机会再次入住。
