前台退房态度不好，我8.8号订了2间亲子房，第二天退房超了半个小时她说按40每小时算，2间就是80，然后我让她给我刷卡我好去开门，他不给我刷卡她让打扫卫生的阿姨给我开门，既然按时间我给钱了，为什么不给我刷卡跑上跑下，服务态度太差了，
