行用卡预授权，退房时前台没有及时查房，扣费多扣12元，说我们消费了两双拖鞋，住宿时和伙伴看到拖鞋6元，确定没有打开包装，没有消费，多次与酒店沟通无果，不诚信酒店，再也不会选择
