入住很多次了，每次来品缦像回家一样哈哈??前台服务特别好，给我赠送了早餐卷，早餐很丰富粉很好吃??，小鑫和小锐服务特别热情，有耐心，离店的时候还给我赠送了两瓶水，一如既往的支持品缦！

性价比超高！简单的古风类型我很喜欢，前台特别的热情小鑫鑫好热心的给我推荐长沙好玩的地方，好吃的地方，我依旧记得那一句有啥问题直接拨打“9”到前台，前台24小时都会有人的！房间大窗户喜欢，挺干净的，一晚上睡的很舒服。好评！！下次再来

酒店是属于那种在市内很少见的禅意风，一进大堂前台的小姐姐就微笑的和我问好，走到前台给我老公泡了一杯老白茶，给我泡了一杯柠檬水，非常的贴心。办理入住之后客服管家思思还帮我提行李送到了房间，看到有小朋友还立马送来了小孩子的拖鞋，房间还免费赠送了手工小饼干，到了晚上酒店还准备了冰凉粉送

早餐不是丰富，但是够吃，简单点。服务态度很好，房间的布置很别具一格，进房间就有轻音乐，有茶具可以自己没事泡泡茶，看看书，还是挺惬意的，我一共住了四天，六一还写了小卡片和送了水果。晚上还送牛奶，非常不错

酒店真是太舒服了，给了我意外的惊喜。走进房间就有轻音乐相伴，看里面的摆设装饰无不文艺而妥帖。服务也非常好，本来无早，我注册了会员就给我送了早餐券。早餐很丰富营养，全是健康而美味的食品可供选择。早餐时，服务人员和管理者都劝我多吃点，很热情地推介我品尝各种美食。到长沙来不可错过的酒店！
