由于赶时间把卡放前台让完成消费，结果发现多扣了10块钱，打电话说是房间里的勺子丢了，让我赔偿，由于已经离开赶去机场，没办法跟酒店理论，10块钱就认了吧，也给后面入住的客人提个醒，进去酒店先观察没问题再入住，真的是哑巴吃黄莲有苦说不出，酒店知道你不可能为了这10块钱再折回去，耽误回程的时间！！
