真的很无语，吃了早餐补觉，以为服务员到点了会打电话叫退房，结果服务员快三点才打电话来问是退还是续房，我说现在退？她说退房时间是十二点，十二点退房你三点给我打电话什么意思。。。。然后续了半天六点退房，我开的房价是408，她说续了半天还要扣264，按今天的价是528，服务真的很差，

说实话，必须加强客房卫生，死角很多，比如马桶，椅子，沙发，地毯，手印和灰尘比较多，需要每次打扫下功夫。
