挺好 环境很好 酒店很新 设施都不错 房间也新 就是离市中心有一点远 不过这些都不是什么问题br市中心的地方也没这么好的酒店 这酒店安静 隔音很好。下次还是会选择这里

从张家界景区到张家界再到凤凰古城最后到的长沙，住过的几个酒店，这家是我最喜欢的，2018年初开业，装修清新典雅，空调安静还好用，灯光很舒服，住的感受很好，（有些酒店住起来感受有些灵异）酒店的香皂用的还是欧舒丹。缺点就是标间都是临界看不到江景，订房时大家要注意！

前台态度极差，想升级个房型明明有加300差价的普通大床房告诉我没有了让我升级加600的，前后说话驴唇不对马嘴的，虽然酒店是新开的但是看上去比较陈旧而且也不是特别干净，没有儿童拖鞋和任何的儿童用品，100块一位的早餐也没有什么可吃的东西，总之住店体验极差，和之前在威海住的豪生根本没有可比性

因为晚到 前台很好帮我免费升级到望江套房，不仅有客厅还有超大阳台，最惊喜的是，我发现房间并没有普通矿泉水，只有四瓶依云水！打电话咨询发现，四瓶依云水都是不用另外收费，连冰箱里面的八瓶饮料还有辣鱼小吃都不要钱！太夸张了吧……住那么多酒店，即使小冰箱里面的不用钱，也不会这么多不要钱...关键是依云水，这四瓶水就过半百了...这下次不订这也不知道该订哪了🤷♀️

新开酒店还是可以滴，晚上可以再湘江边散步。周边吃的要去鱼人码头，其他地儿还么完全成熟。晚上比较安静。
