酒店不错，环境很好。前台的袁翔同志服务很好，开房速度快，还通知送了水果到房间，入住体验很不错。下次还会选择华天品牌的酒店。

酒店大堂很漂亮，各种设施也都完善。早餐有很多选择，吃了湖南米粉，味道不错。预订部小龙看我爸是老人，特地帮我叫了服务员送了水果，还多帮我延迟了一个小时退房。

房间设备设施完善，唯一美中不足的就是空调，希望能改善。不愧是湖南的老品牌服务各方面都很好，特别是服务中心小丁，能主动帮我们找代驾的电话。
