销售人员服务很差！所谓最好的贵宾养生豪华房房间一股尿骚味，不到5点入住，要求换房，前台号称销售总经理的人说没有房换（此前私下卖给客人温泉票，说送鱼疗，实际一点点小鱼，啥都没有），我们只好找前台大幅，大幅说可以换，因为还有客人没入住的，把我们房处理好，再开给别的客人！最后又说客人来了，换不了，只能给搞卫生，耽误了泡温泉时间。第二天上午去泡，申请延迟，销售经理说只能1点，大幅说可以2点。我不知该说是销售经理不好，还是大幅太好，还是酒店就这样……因为各种耽误，有一张温泉票没用，价值218，申请退，销售经理说不可以，因为打湿了，我说是你们台子上的水，不是我们打湿的，她说退不了，我们说那我们要找谁反应这一系列的问题……到此时她看我们态度强硬，就立刻退了！我想说，作为一个号称华天大酒店温泉酒店的销售总经理，怎么说的话完全没服务原则，不一致！（以上种种，是第一次住华天集团酒店遇到的，这不是华天的水平，但事实就是我们遇到的！店大欺客吗？如果不是我们态度强硬，拿出我们单位是酒店协议客户身份，不知是不是就这么花了3000房费的情况后，得到的服务和经历）最后，表扬一下酒店的行李服务生，整个过程态度很好

连续三年来华天了 今年的房间卫生情况不是很满意 洗手间地上的头发都没弄干净 还有马桶圈上的尿渍 这个不能忍
