首先吧，地理位置确实很方便出门就是地铁口。但是房间床单有块没洗干净的地方找了楼层阿姨来换，第一个阿姨说床单都用完了，看她的意思是想要我们将就一下。但无奈我这个人洁癖严重要求她给我换一个，只能忽视她的不情愿了。后来重新来了一个阿姨，貌似是领班。态度很好说给我去别的楼层看看，最终还是给我们换了。所以希望加强一下这个服务态度和卫生条件。谢谢

酒店设施完善，房间宽敞舒适，卫生条件良好，装修标准较高。周边环境优美空气清新，早上起来到西湖跑步很享受！性价比很高。美中不足是早餐一般，种类较少，与酒店不太匹配
