非常不好，还不如七天这些快捷酒店，长沙这几天28-29度，酒店还不开空调，简直热成狗，管理很乱，退房的时候还要等半天，设备陈旧，早餐也差

没见过这么磨叽的前台，话说三遍听不懂，手脚特别特别特别特别慢，一个check in搞了二十分钟搞不好。一百个差评，一堆客人在投诉，不知道怎么开酒店的，一点服务意识都没有，太差。

设施很旧很旧，洗澡的地方都不够转身，隔音效果也不好，住房下面就是KTV，非常的吵，房间外面也不知道是不是抽风机在响，一晚上都在震动，连着枕头一起震，有点崩溃。不值得推荐。
