酒店号称四星级我看根本达不到，中央空调走廊里还可以，房间内被控制在18度，我们住了18天害得我感冒了一周多。服务员的队伍素质很差，其中只有一个服务员不错的，其他服务员每天房间内应配的水果、洗淑用品等都不会配齐的，还得每天问她们去要，弄得很不爽。还有就是地下停车场与社会车辆共抢车位，四星级的宾馆应该划分酒店专用停车位。害得我们几次无法停车。总之管理混乱。
