第二次帮人定的浓情单位人房了，客人入住后反映良好，一是房间空间比较宽敞，房间布置简洁，房间的空调效果也不错，夏天制冷比较快。房间里没有免费洗浴用品，需要自备，如取用房间内的为付费品，饮水也需自费。穿外旧楼虽不美观，但还比较安静。整体不错。

房间卫生太差，拖鞋有异味，床单有污迹，空调更本没有效果，热死了，热水一点也不让，不推荐大家来。

空调是中央空调，不能调温度，幸亏下雨，很凉爽不用很在意这个。洗浴那里竟然没门，有时候洗澡一下不冲水就有点冷，毕竟白天洗澡水温度不高。插座没找到，只有一个在书桌底下，床头竟然没有插座，不能一边充电一边躺着玩手机，半夜玩完手机还要起来去书桌那里充电。东西全要付费，据说是政策原因。晚上还能听见门外的人说话，隔音效果是多差，隔壁的也能听到...电视画面看不清楚，不知道什么原因。总而言之这价格这样真没竞争力
