设施一般，网络连接老断，费流量。可气的是明明预订的豪华1.8大床，结果被安排到1.5米床的小房间。和前台协调根本说不通，冷冰冰的，一副店大欺客的架子，一点人情味都没有。通过艺龙客服才解决问题，一家三口耗到12点才睡下。这个酒店以后直接进黑名单。
