本人常年在外出差，五星、四星、快捷酒店都住过，包括长沙的富丽华、大成、海程…
通过携程订的这家，358元一晚的标准间，订了一晚，交给前台700元押金。早上8点出门，晚上6点多回来，房间内自带的物品不见了，包括自带的洗漱用具、笔记本充电器、手机充电器。打电话前台，自称大堂经理的人接的电话，说是服务员失误，以为我退房了，就拿走了我的东西，向我道歉，说会处理好这件事。我700元押金条，房卡还在手，就说我退房了，你们酒店能不能长点心。太多要吐槽的：
1、自称大堂经理的人说会处理好此事，我**都退房了，也没见人啊！不担心网友差评，强!!!
2、房间顶灯只能通过床头总开关关闭，这一关不打紧，房间内所有插座也都没电了，充电的手机笔记本充不了电了，不是我发现及时，白天要误事，手机笔记本没电啊！找了半天，只有卫生间插座有电，赶紧手机笔记本拿到卫生间充电。***，358，就这样？
3、卫生间淋浴头取不下来，怎么洗脚？难道放面盆里洗？
4、卫生间连个洗发水、沐浴露都要花钱，***，358啊！别说是行规，长沙酒店我住多了，就你厉害…
5、图片说话，服务员归还的袋子，床头总开关，卫生间充电，固定的淋浴头，收费洗
