好失望，我住了两个晚上，今天退房 多收我13块，找前台她说我用了一次性浴缸垫，我说什么都没有让她去查，，她查过了也没有就说你前天用了，跟她说不清，我又赶时间钱也不多就算了，哎，自认倒霉吧
