离岳麓书院非常近，就隔壁，住宿环境非常一般，洗漱用品、一次性拖鞋都要收费。

房间真心不值二百多。牙具还要单独收费。到环境不错，离岳麓书院步行几分钟就到。综合还行吧。

地理位置和周边环境都超好，靠近岳麓书院，去东方红广场很近，只是房间设施有些陈旧，这个价有些贵……

不带电梯的宾馆真的少有了，集贤就是。前台态度漫不经心的少有了，集贤就是。房间里用立柜空调的少有了，集贤就是了。如果不是这样的位置，如果不是经常接待会务活动，还会有人选择吗？房间小又潮湿，设施陈旧。没有电梯外，连走道都没有空调，热死人算了。不会再选了。

如果是喜欢校园环境的清幽，这里是最好的选择，与岳麓书院隔墙相望，在湖大的校园里。只是设施一般，比较陈旧；服务更一般，乏善可陈。
