对艺龙网超级有意见，订了5、6号的房间因为行程改变的原因6号房间要退了，跟酒店协商打客服电话说酒店同意就可以退款，酒店前台非常好马上同意了但是回到广州打了好几次艺龙电话说跟进居然都是假的，还每次让按服务好评，非常失望。酒店房间非常大，地理位置很好就靠近步行街，最不满意是空调的暖气实在是不舒服，导致3到-2℃都没开空调。最满意的就是有个小阳台挺小资的。差评是给艺龙不是给酒店的
