酒店是独栋， 左右两边是停车场，大厅车道直通入口，进出很方便。大厅入口处有疫情防控体温检测，要出示健康码才能正常同行，对于出入湘雅的客人来说这点很重要。酒店客房性价比高，卫生干净整洁。最值得肯定的是一家30多年的酒店，服务品质一直保持很好，大堂的胡经理能及时为宾客处理问题，服务态度很好。留芳不愧是值得推荐的酒店！

酒店前台小雍服务态度很好，设施齐全，有免费停车场，也很人性化，因为我们入住了很多天，到前台说退房需要延长停车，小雍就向领导做了特殊申请，当班大堂胡经理处理的很好，当时就和我们说时间不是太长，是可以的，商务出差，旅游，选择留芳这家酒店，体验感是非常不错的哦，为两位优秀的小哥哥，小姐姐点赞[强][强]

酒店紧靠中南大学湘雅医院，到湘雅看病很方便，留芳宾馆具有很久的历史了，很多年前就是长沙市数得着的大宾馆，这么多年过去了，留芳还在，在大拆大建的当代很难得，给人以亲近感，性价比也很高，很实惠，我很喜欢，已经住过几次了。
12楼的刘代群女士很称职，服务很周全，点赞。
